5. How and why did people get a bunch of doors that require a singular incredibly rare key that they couldn't possibly have?
Those keys were not always incredibly rare. At one time they were quite common but they were all stolen by villains or swallowed by people who didn't want villains to have them.
6. Why do high-level characters get so much HP?
Many people believe it's by minimizing and avoiding damage as highly athletic heroes could do by removing their vital areas out of harm's way. This is simply not the case. Minimizing damage in such a way is impossible to do for anyone wearing armor. HP even works when a weapon parry is impossible (such as fire breath attacks) and heal spells don't heal a proportionate amount for everyone.
HP is literally a person's ability to absorb attacks and still be okay. Low level characters are very soft and easily hurt. More experienced heroes are covered with huge thick scars and calluses that prevent attacks from drawing blood or impairing their ability to fight.
7. How can high-level heroes get strength comparable to a powerful demon or dragon?
People who fight keep getting bigger and bigger. Eventually you get bigger than dragons.
8. Why does each town just happen by chance to have weapons and armor for all the characters just slightly more powerful than the equipment they already had AND in the right order you visit them?
The last boss keeps the most powerful monsters close to him for good protection and monsters are consecutively weaker as they are further away from him. The heroes start conveniently as far away from the last boss as possible. Any heroes who started closer usually die early since they never have a chance to fight weak enough monsters.
Enough heroes in towns furthest from the last boss obviously live long enough to be able to afford to buy all the best equipment. Heroes of towns closest to the last boss who survive long enough to buy the best equipment aren't common enough to buy them all.
9. How do stores get infinite of each item?
They have item duplicator machines out in back, like replicators in Star Trek.
10. Why don't people donate their weapons to the heroes who want to save the world?

13. How can your character hold thousands of gold pieces?
There are several people who follow you around and hold money for you.
14. Why do seemingly common weapons, like a broadsword, cost extremely high prices, such as 1500 gold?
Merchants know people will be willing to pay anything for a weapon since there are monsters everywhere.
15. Why are some seemingly simple weapons (like a broadsword) fairly powerful when sometimes machine guns have a hard time hurting you more than a head butt?
The machine guns are really automatic bee bee guns.
16. Why are the bad guys always trying to resurrect some ancient evil
Modern evil is weak as hell and needs the mighty ancient villains to stand a chance against heroes.
17. Where do monsters get money?
Same way that everyone gets money. They fight other monsters.
18. Why do so few people join the heroes?
Competition to get all the cute groupies. Most people want to try to save the world too.
